US hotel group: faster AEM builds and a test strategy
Full-stack AEM developer on a team of 10+ (Java 21 Sling Models, OSGi, HTL, Touch UI, dispatcher); top-three contributor over three months. I wrote the test-strategy ADR and cut the build from about 16 minutes to a durable 3.0 minutes per run. I also designed the team's rules and rollout for AI coding tools (CLAUDE.md, Cursor rules, AGENTS.md), and built a Claude Desktop skill that took page authoring from 5 pages a day by hand to 50+ per author, across 16 authors.
Adobe Summit 2026: Next.js on AEM GraphQL and Journey Optimizer
Lead developer of a digital agency's booth demo at Adobe Summit 2026 in Las Vegas. One Next.js 16 codebase reads AEM content through GraphQL persisted queries (Author in draft mode, Publish with cache tags), supports Universal Editor, and renders Journey Optimizer decisions with a fallback chain so the page always renders. Speech transcription and an LLM feed structured intent into Real-Time CDP.
